Attorney Scott Kirk grew up around the United States.  His father served in the Coast Guard, and Scott spent time living in Washington, California, North Carolina, Hawaii, and eventually graduated high school while living on Guam.  Scott did his undergraduate studies at Western Washington University, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies that focused on writing and sociology.

Scott served in the Army Reserves where he was trained in journalism and public affairs at the Dept. of Defense Information School (DINFOS).  He also worked as a paralegal for over six years before attending Seattle University School of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude and was awarded for his achievement in the study of written and oral advocacy.

Growing up wanting to be a lawyer, Scott’s favorite part of his job is having the opportunity to help people who have been injured and their families on a daily basis.  While trying to be as available as possible to answer questions and explain the legal process, Scott believes that the truth is a person’s best advocate.  Scott takes the work he does seriously and enjoys using his strong background in writing and working with people to assist his clients.
